Besides the flair and the announcers being more or less the same, a german 4 or 9 stair easily equals the lousy 17 stair at the Bust or Bail.
I don´t even have to mention the tricks that went down,do I...?
Another evidence for se schermens keeping up with the Joneses.

this is just another example "How to do and how not to do".

On one hand you have Thrasher Magazine with the legendary Phelper on the mic,
on the other hand you some filmerdude yellin from a Red Bull truck and judging kids doing tricks down the amazing 4 stair......
The prodcut toss is the highlight of that guys life....thats for sure.
Too bad for the kids and everyone who came to shred and have a good time.....

Still,local contests and real street jams are a really good for the scene and the kids out there.
But, c´mon, we can do better than that...

Thanx Thrasher for bringin skateboarding to another level and keepin it real all this years!!!!!!!

New Place magazine..........

The Place magazine is a skaterowned german skatemag which is really well written and layoutet.
The covers usally are unique and nice.
But wait what is this then?????
We thought we were holding the new JUICE or some other crap-ganster-rap shit.
A 15 year old who has a self tattoowed tear on his face, and showing us the middelfinger ?????
COME ON !!!!!!!!!!!!
We are here in Germany not in fukn Compton.
We know live in Germany can be tough as well, you have to go to school and even pay for riding the train .
And if you steal a bike, you might have to pay for it ..damn it, it´s sooooo ghetto out here......

So PLACE guys, please put someone on the cover who has earned some in skateboarding and has something to say and not some 15 year old guy who calls himself "NIGGA LEE"....
Yeah the backside flip is amazing ....but who cares.....
